Galatians 5:5 – “For we during the Spirit, by means of religion, are looking forward to the hope of righteousness.”
As believers, we’re looking forward to the: “Hope of righteousness.” We don’t hope FOR righteousness, for we’re already in proper status with the Lord. We have now already been made righteous in Christ, by means of grace via religion, and the day is coming when we will be able to cast off this outdated mortal frame and in any case be clothed in our promised, glorified frame.
